London Pantomime Pandemonium

Indeed it's that time of year again when men dress up as ladies, ladies dress up as men and shouting 'he's behind you' to a TV soap star is full acceptable. Here we have some cracking Pantos about town that will please all the family.

Cinderella at The Shaw - You’ve already seen him in sequins and chiffon in Strictly Come Dancing. Now watch cheeky chappy Dominic Littlewood camping it up on stage with Britt Ekland in this Panto Classic.

Peter Pan at The Beck Theatre - Dirty Den Does Peter Pan! The boy that never grew up comes to the Beck Theatre n Hayes only Dirty Den stylie. With Leslie Grantham in the role of (yes you’ve guessed it) evil Captain Hook, you shouldn’t expect anything groundbreaking, but then what is a good Panto if not predictable?

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at The Catford Theatre - Starsky and Hutch star Antonio “Huggy Bear” Fargas graces the stage and the cult T.V legend is one of the reasons while you'll see us dressed in seventies gear and screaming at the front.

Hansel and Gretel at the Theatre Royal - Posing questions like “Will Stepmother learn to hug a hoodie? Will the family survive the credit crunch?” and “Will Hansel and Gretel become another sad statistic?”  the people at Theatre Royal, Stratford clearly have a sense of humour.  This is an alternative take on the traddional Grimm's Fairytale.

Jack and The Beanstalk at the Greenwich Theatre - If you’ve ever wondered what happened to Mel and Sue, wonder no more. Mel Giedroyc is back in this panto classic with Little Britain star Steve Furst amongst other familiar faces. The show sees Greenwich Theatre back to the brim with songs, laughter and ,more than anything, a great big dollop of corny Christmas magic.

Mother Goose at The Hackney Empire - Last year Dick Whittington's cat had a huge paw that stuck out the side of the theatre to turn the heads of passers by. It defiantly caught some attention and was hugely popular so this year to top the bill you'll be singing along with Evil Edna, Baron Bonkers and more.
